Connecting students across Ireland through competitive gaming, skill-building, and community spirit.
You don’t need to be a gamer - just someone who believes in helping students thrive!
• Simple onboarding process for schools
• Support for staff co-ordinators and coaches
• Local tournaments feeding into national structure
• All fixtures run remotely - no travel required for regular rounds
• Coach and players communicate via private voice channel when remote
With structure, purpose and guidance, esports becomes a tool any school can use.
This is just the beginning.
The Schools Series isn’t a one-off tournament - it’s the first step in a growing ecosystem of opportunity.
Students who engage here can go on to:
• Join their local university’s esports society, many of which are thriving, inclusive and backed by staff
• Compete in the Ireland Esports Collegiate Series, the largest esports competition on the island of Ireland
• Get involved, not just as a player, help organise the programme as a team manager, analyst, shoutcaster and more
• Connect with the wider esports community across Ireland, there are new opportunities emerging all the time
Esports is no longer just online-it’s happening on campus, in classrooms and across communities.
Not just play — a powerful learning experience.
We know this because we’ve had experience building education programmes through traditional sport!
Esports builds more than just skill in-game. It develops:
• Communication and teamwork
• Leadership and accountability
• Digital confidence and critical thinking
As we grow we will build a connection between esports and media, STEM, wellbeing and soft skills.
The Ireland Esports Schools Series is a platform to engage students in education—including those who don’t connect with traditional classrooms.
